ORDERS

All DEVORA LIBIN JEWELS are handmade to order.   Please allow 10-14 days for your order to be shipped.  If you have an emergency, because you forgot a birthday and the only way to make it up to them is to send them a gift from DEVORA LIBIN JEWELS, contact us at info@devoralibinjewels.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
 

RETURN POLICY

We are confident that you will be thoroughly obsessed with your DEVORA LIBIN JEWELS purchase . . . However, if for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order you may choose to return it for merchandise credit within 7 days of purchase.  NO REFUNDS.  Please email info@devoralibinjewels for a return authorization (RA) number.  Items must be returned in new and resaleable condition. Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges.  Once your return is processed, you will be emailed a DEVORA LIBIN JEWELS credit.  Please note that shipping charges are non refundable. Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.
 

REPAIRS

Please email info@devoralibinjewels.com to request a repair tracking number (RTN).  Please note that we will only repair pieces purchased through devoralibinjewels.com.  Items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to that store.  Your repair may be subject to a repair fee dependant upon the nature of repair and materials needed to be replaced.     
 

DEVORA LIBIN JEWELS CARE

All DEVORA LIBIN JEWELS are handmade and may be delicate. To keep chains, charms, and gemstones sparkling please remove all jewels before applying any perfume, makeup or hair product. Red string should not be worn when bathing or swimming in order to ensure a longer life.  Gently wipe DEVORA LIBIN JEWELS with a soft jewelry cloth and store in an airtight bag.  
 

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Domestic Shipping
All packages will be sent Priority Mail via USPS. For those emergency orders, discussed earlier, we offer USPS Express.  Packages may be delivered Monday–Saturday.  Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail which will include a USPS tracking number. Simply go to www.usps.com and fill in the ‘Track and Confirm’ section.
 
International Shipping
